After investigations, it was found that the construction site near 4th Avenue was frequently used for parties with illegal alcoholic drinks. The high number of accidents are said to be related with these. Most recent accident was a big pile of building materials accidentally shoved from 10th level to ground. Fortunately no one was injured.

There have been rumors of children missing, but somehow the rumors seem to be left to be just rumors, and left fading away. Several reports of missing children were also reported to be fictive, as all the reported children don't exist in the first place, with the supposed reporter not remembering reporting or even have the said children in the first place.
