The front door creaks a lot. The owner of the place does not seem to be bothered by it. The sound of ticking clocks filled the building. It can be menacing, yes. As if, you are being chased down by some unknown pursuer. You, as the quarry, has nothing to do.
Except, of course, to run away.
A man on his mid-twenty sits on the shop all day, all weeks. He seems to be enjoying it, I do not know how. Yet, leaving him aside can be a wholesome experience. Seeing him just working there, donning his monocle and turning the clocks' gears makes me shiver. He smiles a lot, but deep down, I do not know what he is thinking of me...
The owner of the place seems to be fond of knives. Or, daggers. Ah, defining correct terms is not my forte. But, yes! He likes them so much. The young man will throw random daggers after a set amount of time has passed. It is scary. It is truly scary. His smile lacks emotions, and I cannot read whether he is joking or seriously attempting to hurt me.
"Oh, welcome to my humble store!"
A cheerful voice greets me the time I open the creaking door. Kuudestoista? Weird name. I do not know where that name comes from. As long as I get my clocks to be fixed, I am happy to throw my money off at anyone.
