1. Concept and Setting Proper (narrative): B (tolerable)
2. Balance and Game Breaking (mechanic): D (bad) (There're no seen example of persistent properties coupled with consumable/expendable properties in the OL website. So I don't think this is possible. Adding Special properties only making it harder to judge.)
3. Introducing and Accessibility (both): C (revision needed) (Notes: Bolster is versatile by default, and with how you can change which attribute to be bolstered on whim make it too versatile for it. +1 WL more is needed.)
