Introducing and Accessibility (both): B (tolerable) {Archive} Considering: - Theme of the Campaign (Masquerade) - Cast over Item niche - Memory Alteration is an easy pick for safe Masquerade thus can diminish the theme. - Memory Alteration is a powerful and overly OP item over the Cast, in this kind of Campaign - My policy is to reduce item-dependency, and especially item that can act as 'easy shortcut' to avoid the Theme
Suggesting: - Change the Wealth Level to 4 due to the two points above.

Considering: - Two given/example Talisman from MainDirector: Magic Venom (Immobile 5) and Magic Potion (Heal 6); both Bane/Boon can be accessed from more than one attribute (8 attributes for Immobile and 4 attributes for Heal). - Memory Alteration bane can only be accessed via Influence attribute (or using Attribute Substitution II feat).
Suggesting: - Change the "Accessibly by:" part to more limited/niche, at least to something like "have contact with Mystic(s) who has access to Influence (6) attribute" or something similar any better access restriction.
