Wong Couple (Player Knowledge Beware)

We have been investigating the Wong couple of obvious Asian origin who recently moved in to Sweetwater Square. They live in a small apartment in the 13th Alley of 4th Road of the district.
The male is tall for an Asian, around 173cm. His name is Sam Wong, but his real name is Wong Luk Gu (黄琭古), and the locals are quick to call him Sam 'thin' Wong. The female is like any other Asian, barely 150cm tall and very thin, goes by the name of Nieve Wong. However it seems she has two real names, Wong Syut Ting (黄雪静) or Hara Yukishizu. They came from the Japanese region of Formosa, or Taiwan island. Basically it was Chinese area but annexed by the Japanese.
Sam is known to be somehow able to enlist at the local medical academy. He spent most of his time going back and forth to the school, his house, and preparing foods to be delivered. It seems they rely on the Chinese food business to support their meager life.
Nieve is said to be highly attractive and has a lingering sweet musk aroma, that no one can guess what the perfume is yet. Regarding her activities, it seems she spent most of her time in the house, but rumors spread about how she often managed to slip out unnoticed to other districts too. She is said to be enlisted to local school of engineering, on machine and electricity.
Despite their origins, it is quite obvious that they are both are still at their teen age. Further, it seems that there have been some troubles at Formosa Warlords that forced them to fled here, and it is yet to be proven that they are illegal immigrants, especially since Sam is said to possess real permit from before, and Nieve is his wife so she tag along. For now, as there have been less complaints from the neighborhood, we concluded that they are not an immediate threat.

Luk Gu and Syut Ting, both are said to be well versed of Tao and Wu Xing, managed to slip away from our clutch. It is imperative that we are able to track them, as their Neigong are comparable to ancient pugilists due to their adherence to Taoist tradition. Should they decide to help other Jun Fa, we would be at disadvantage. Or worse, should they decide to help the Japanese, as Syut Ting is said to have registered her name into 'Hara Yukishizu' too, things would be bleak for Chinese people.
Despite her small frame, Syut Ting is said to have explosive Neigong and has some mastery of Wu Xing elements. Tales of her manipulating cold and ice even from the humidity and dew to form protective layers or disrupting movements spread in our ranks. And during Combat, it is as if her body can be as fierce as fire and as swift as lightning. Further, our Lord takes a liking to the legendary beauty and fragrance of hers, and should she refuse the offer, do whatever you can to break her into submission to be gifted to our lord.
Luk Gu, on the other hand, is more of a scholar who is more interested in the arts of healing and calligraphy, and is said to rely on weird contraptions to survive the fight, and more of the brain of the duo. He can be discarded since we do not need gay weaklings.
